And the NetFlix deal isn't dead, I wish I knew who started that meme.  NetFlix and TiVo are still actively working together, the rollout is delayed until NetFlix can negotiate distribution agreements.  But they have not abandoned it, and even when announcing the delay stated they would continue to work on the technology in anticipation of negotiating licenses in the future.</description>
